Happy New Year

So, the year is new and changes are a foot.

I know I have not posted in a while, however I've been busy. Let's see since November, what has happened?
  • I finally graduated - granted not with the most spectacular GPA, and a semester late, but a win is a win, eh?
  • I got my license, for real. I know 23 and just now able to drive on my own, I am kind of a loser, but at this point I don't care.
  • I spent Christmas with the folks, and my wifey came along. Everything went really well.
  • Now the New Year rang in pretty well.
  • Oh, and I don't have a job yet - I am looking, but so far no luck. It is rather hard to find an IT job in Tyler. Or at least it is right now, especially in this current state of the economy.

Supreme Nachos

Harvey's, the little mexican food joint down by the lakes between the HPR/Admin Building and the Library has the best nachos you can get for $3. They come with gooey cheese, your choice of beef or chicken, guacamole and sour cream, refried beans or pinto beans. Good stuff.

Futurama News

New Futurama Is Nearly Here

more news regarding the upcoming Futurama DVD movie Bender's Big Score and some info on the three Futurama movies to follow, we'll be using this page to gather the latest information on the movies all in one place. We base this on publically available sources and exclusive information from - among others - a very trustworthy unnamed source with middle initial "X".

* First off, the names of the four Futurama movies: Bender's Big Score
* The Beast with a Billion Backs
* Bender's Game
* Into the Wild Green Yonder

All 4 new Futurama movie DVDs are going to be released in "Glorious Widescreen" (1.78:1) with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound and will be available in both DVD and High-Definition format. Each of the feature-length movies (approximately 88 minutes) will be cut and reconfigured to be shown as four individual episodes on Comedy Central sometime after the release on DVD (date has not yet been set). The current plan states that the TV episodes are going to be in 4:3 to match the earlier episodes. All the more reason to buy the DVDs once they are available!

Futurama: Bender's Big Score
Release Date: Nov. 27th, 2007
Official Price: around $24
Preorder: $19.99 at amazon.com

Plot summary available at the source, not posting to avoid possible spoilers

Microsoft Expression Web

It really doesn't look that bad, and it certainly looks better than Frontpage 2003. However, I must say I notice some similarities. Either way, it looks more, shall we say Professional.

Just thought I'd share my opinion

Thank you so much

I just want to say that everyone has been far too generous. We have received so many wonderful gifts and frankly a thank you almost seems like it isn't enough. I feel so touched. I never knew so many people cared so much about me or Chelsea. That isn't to say I didn't know our families loved us greatly, but simply so many people showed up and were so nice and congratulatory. The gifts were all phenomenal and well needed, in our new little place. I am simply put too happy.

So once again, thank you.

Going out is fun

I just have to say that going out with your significant other is a lot of fun.

Whether you go to the most expensive restaurant in town or the favorite chinese food place you always have fun, or at least I do.

The the time to go out and enjoy life with loved ones.

I don't have a clue

I'm so very tired. It's almost all the time now.
