I have planned the following dinners for the week:
Monday: Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Wednesday: Meatloaf with a twist
Thursday: Classic Chicken Pot Pie
Friday: Tacos Carne Asada
The weekend is still up in the air and frankly due to events occurring this week the whole menu is up in the air, we'll see what happens!

Sorry for not posting...
...I've been busy.
Made a few recipes, the ones that I saved the recipe include Weekday Cassoulet and Perfect Mashed Potatoes.
I am also including loads of pics of other meals I remembered to take.
These are those awesome pork chops I made once before, not sure if these are the same pics I posted before, too lazy to look...

This was some beef tacos with extras like black beans and green peppers.
