BBQ Pulled Pork

So this recipe  was great. However I changed the following: I used pork chops because that's what I had available to me. I also put all of the spices which I eyeballed into a gallon size ziplock bag along with the pork chops to season them. 8 hours later on low all done.

If all goes according to plan...

Those are famous last words, surely, or at least B-Movie lines.

I have planned the following dinners for the week:

Monday: Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Wednesday: Meatloaf with a twist

Thursday: Classic Chicken Pot Pie

Friday: Tacos Carne Asada

The weekend is still up in the air and frankly due to events occurring this week the whole menu is up in the air, we'll see what happens!

...I've been busy.

Made a few recipes, the ones that I saved the recipe include Weekday Cassoulet and Perfect Mashed Potatoes.
