Your Call Is Important To Us

So, we had a help desk extension.  It used to be a person, or a small group of 4 people actually.  One main help desk person and a few others to pick up if it got busy.  However, now we have a call handler, which was news to everyone, except the person implementing it.  I fear Monday will be a day of retaliation or at the very least rerecording.  No one wants to hear an expedient rough man's voice when they call in somewhere. I suppose that is why most prerecorded messages are a woman's voice.  Oh well I guess we'll see what happens.
