I have determined that most issues are the result of user error. More specifically user error is the result of ignorance and impatience. Users don't understand what the problem is, can't explain how it happened, when it happened, or in some cases what happened at all. In addition they are too impatient to figure out what happened, before calling the help desk or sending in an email to RT. I don't get it. People, look, not everything is an emergency. We'll get to your problem when we can, but until then calm down. It isn't my fault that you don't have a clue. I am just saying.
